Using our templates is quick and easy!
Please note: A desktop or laptop computer is required to edit your templates. The online editor Canvas is not compatible with mobile phones or iPads.
Steps to Access Your Templates
Check your email: Shortly after your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a direct link to access your template.
Open and edit: Click the link to open your template in your web browser. Customize it using Canvas—no software download needed.
Save your work: Your changes are automatically saved as you edit.
Download your files: Export your finished design in your preferred format — PDF, JPG, or PNG — ready for printing.
Print anywhere: Use your home printer or any professional print service.
What you can edit
You have full control over most design elements!
Edit text: change the wording, font, color, size, and placement.
Adjust background colors or add your own.
Upload and insert your own images or logos.
What Cannot be edited
Some elements are fixed to preserve the design quality:
Document size (dimensions)
Orientation (portrait or landscape)
Artwork colors and illustrations

You can print your templates using any of the following options:
At home: Perfect for quick and easy printing with your home printer.
Local copy or print shop: Bring your files on a USB or email them for professional results.
Online printing services: Upload your files to an online printer for delivery to your door.
PAPER TYPE
For the best print quality and a premium look, use thick, high-quality paper:
Ideal weight: 110 lb (or 80 gsm) for a sturdy, professional finish.
Home printer tip: Most home printers work best with up to 90 lb paper, but check your printer’s manual for specific details.
Choose a paper finish that fits your event style — matte for a classic look or glossy for a more vibrant touch.
