What is Canva and How Does It Work?
Canva is a free online design tool that allows you to customize your templates easily — no special software or design skills required.
When you purchase a template from our shop:
Canva creates or connects to your Canva account.
You’ll receive an email with your access link sent to the address you used at checkout.
Click the link, and your template will open directly in Canva.
Start editing right away — you can personalize your design in just a few minutes!
What You Can Edit in Canva
You can fully customize your template to match your style and event.
Here’s what you can change:
Text content and wording
Font style and size
Text color
Background color
Text placement and alignment
If you’d like to change the template size, orientation, or add a backside, please contact me for a custom adjustment.
Can I Edit All the Text?
Absolutely! Every text field in your template is fully editable.
You can:
Replace all sample text with your own wording
Adjust text color and size
Add visual effects like shadow, outline, gradient, or pattern fills
Your creativity is the limit — make it truly yours!
Can I Change the Background?
Yes! You can easily change the background of your template.
Choose a solid color background, or
Upload and use your own photo as the background.
This gives you full freedom to match your theme perfectly.
Can I Add My Own Photos or Artwork?
Yes, you can upload your own images, artwork, or logos directly into Canva.
Simply follow the included step-by-step instructions to insert your photo, crop, and adjust it perfectly.
When Will I Receive My Access Link?
Your access link will arrive within 15–20 minutes after purchase.
Important Tips:
Check your Inbox, and if you don’t see it, check your Spam or Promotions folder.
If you still can’t find the email, please contact me at support@elianadesign.com, and I’ll resend your link right away.
Avoid signing in with Apple ID, as it hides your email address and prevents Canva from sending your access link automatically.
How Long Will My Template Be Available?
Your purchased template will stay available for 30 days after purchase.
During this period, you can open, edit, and download your design as many times as you need.
