Personal Use License Agreement
All digital templates and designs available on Eliana Design are protected by copyright and licensed for personal use only, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
What You Can Do
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
Use the template for personal purposes, such as weddings, parties, or small business branding.
Edit, customize, and print the design as needed for your own use.
Save and reprint the file for your own personal projects.
What You Cannot Do
You may not:
Share, resell, redistribute, or give away the design files to anyone.
Claim the template or design as your own creation.
Use the design or any part of it for commercial sale, distribution, or reproduction.
Upload the files to file-sharing websites or social media for download.
Modify and resell the design on other platforms such as Etsy, Creative Market, or your own store.
Violations of these terms will result in license termination and may lead to legal action under copyright law.

Ownership and Copyright
All designs, templates, graphics, and materials on Eliana Design are the intellectual property of Eliana Design.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright to you — it only grants you permission to use the file under this license.
License Duration
Your license does not expire — you may continue using your purchased templates indefinitely for personal purposes.
However, we reserve the right to revoke the license in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.
