Digital Product Nature
All products sold on Eliana Design are digital downloads.

No physical items will be shipped.

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive access to your purchased template(s) via email.

You are responsible for downloading and saving your files.
Because of the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
License & Usage Rights
When you purchase a template from Eliana Design, you are purchasing a personal use license only.
You may:

Use the template for your own personal event or business branding.

Edit, customize, and print it as needed for your intended use.
You may not:

Resell, share, redistribute, or transfer the files to others.

Claim the template design as your own.

Access and Editing

All templates are edited using Canva, an online design tool.

You’ll receive an email with your template access link after purchase.

Templates are accessible for 30 days after purchase.

You must have a free Canva account to edit your template.

Eliana Design is not responsible for changes in Canva’s features or availability.

Design Modifications and Custom Requests
You can freely edit the text, colors, and layout within Canva.
However:

Template size, format, or orientation changes are not included in the standard purchase.

To request a custom size, additional page, or special modification, please contact us for a custom order quote.
Printing Recommendations
We recommend using high-quality thick paper (around 110 lb or 90 gsm) for the best print results.
You can print:

At home using your printer

At a local print shop or professional printing service

Through an online print provider
Please ensure that your printer settings are correct and test print before large quantities. Eliana Design is not responsible for printing errors, color variations, or paper quality issues.
Intellectual Property
All designs, text, graphics, and layouts on Eliana Design are the intellectual property of Eliana Design.
They are protected under international copyright laws.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of any content from this site or its products is strictly prohibited.
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products:
